Anne Cadbury sadly passed away on New Year’s Day.
Anne was our much loved Patron for over 50 years, committed to helping and supporting us right to the end.
Anne was a hands-on Patron, using her huge range of contacts in the region and beyond to our benefit and also attending the charity’s events and meetings in person.
She knew the long-standing staff and trustees by name and always engaged empathetically with our service users. With a twinkle in her eye and a ready smile Anne always lifted hearts and enthused people, she was a living masterclass in how to be the best patron possible.
We enjoyed great support over many years from several trust funds as a direct result of Anne’s input. Dynamic and indefatigable, we will miss her greatly but her contribution will forever be with the charity.
